Phase II
We desire to see our students succeed while they are in the Oaks School of Leadership, but also beyond completion of two years in the program. It is our goal to encourage our students to continue their journey of higher education and leadership development upon completion of the program by completing a four-year degree at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Students who choose to continue their journey at Southwestern are then able to stay connected to the OSL family through the Phase II.

This division of the program is designed to create a network of students who have completed the program to be able to stay connected to the mentors, pastors, and friends they have made during the years of participating in the program.
MA Program
As a part of the Phase II portion of the program, students have the opportunity to participate in the Ministry Associate Program. This supplemental portion of the program is designed to help students keep their momentum in ministry and provide a gateway to continue to gain more valuable experience. These students also receive the opportunity to become part-time staff at the Oaks Fellowship. There are two requirements to participate in the Ministry Associate Program. The first is that the student must have successfully completed the Oaks School of Leadership, and the second criterion is that the students are full-time actively pursuing to finish their Bachelor’s Degree at Southwestern Assemblies of God University while living on campus.

Students who are chosen to be a part of the MA program are given a scholarship for holding this leadership position both by the Oaks Fellowship and Southwestern Assemblies of God University
