A strength of The Oaks School of Leadership is the community that is built by students and staff. Students are engaged in activities throughout the year to build camaraderie, trust, and deep relationships. Students spend much of their time on a day-to-day basis working together, playing together, and ministering together, and in the process cultivate relationships that last a lifetime.
