Students at the Oaks School of Leadership enter into a personalized discipleship process that challenges them to become fully devoted followers of Christ who are able to teach others to do the same. Emphasis is placed on spiritual maturity, high accountability, and growth in community. Each student is developed through personality and spiritual gift inventories, personalized growth plans, one-on-one meetings with staff and life group leaders, and group discipleship opportunities.
