John Davidson is the Director of the Oaks School of Leadership. His primary responsibility is to pastor the OSL students, while teaching Bible and Theology courses and providing teachings on preparing for ministry. He also focuses on staff development and leadership training. In addition, he works with the Oaks strategic partners to open doors and create placement opportunities for OSL graduates. Drawing from many years of pastoral ministry in the local church, John trains students to do relevant ministry for a lifetime. He is a graduate of Evangel University and Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and holds a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies.

ACADEMIC DIRECTOR Cara Railey
As Community Life Director, Brandon is primarily over all outside ministries and internal logistics of the Oaks School of Leadership. The majority of his time is spent developing and managing the systems and procedures that undergird the discipleship process and ministry experience arms of the program. He also has the privilege of working with the various departments within The Oaks Fellowship and outside ministry organizations to provide opportunities for the students to serve and receive experience that partners with their education. Brandon teaches Leadership Development for the Oaks School of Leadership. He has served as a student ministries pastor and an associate young adults pastor and is a graduate of Central Bible College and Evangel University with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
Cara Railey is the Academic Director for the Oaks School of Leadership. She oversees the Academic Development Center which provides tutoring and additional studying opportunities for OSL students. Cara also provides academic counseling to all students, assisting them in choosing classes and deciding on their future career. In addition, Cara manages the internship component of OSL which involves coordinating the internship fair, maintaining communication with the pastoral staff, and upholding high academic standards within the internships. She also teaches Composition and Rhetoric I. Her years of experience in education have shaped her belief that all students can excel in the classroom. Cara is a graduate of Evangel University and holds a Masters of Education in Reading.
